SERVICE OF REMEMBERANCE

Sunday, 9th November at 11.45am

(There will be no Contemporary Service on this day)

10.30am – Parade musters at Swan Lane

10.50am – Parade Marches from Swan Lane to the War Memorial on Bedford Road

11am – Two minute silence at the War Memorial followed by laying of wreaths

11.15am – Parade proceeds at along Bedford Road. Deputy Lieutenant of Bedfordshire, The Mayor of Sandy, and The Chairman and President of RBL Sandy Branch will take the salute at Fayne’s Corner, then continue along the High Street.

11.45am – Service of Remembrance. The parade moves into St Swithun’s Church. Parade dismissal will take place in the churchyard at the end of the service.
