Once a fortnight a small group of Sandy Christians meet in a home for intercessory prayers for people and situation we know about both local and global.

The atmosphere is  informal and always begins with a cuppa (or water if you wish) and a time of personal reflection on each situation we want to pray for.

We usually take it in turn to lead the evening, and start off with a  reading to gently lead us into extemporary prayer, occasionally other prayer techniques are used to further our prayer experience.

There is no pressure to pray aloud (extemporary) or feel you have to. Some people are more used to it than others.
