| The parish church is often used for funeral services, followed either by burial at the cemetery, or cremation.
Where families prefer to have the funeral at the crematorium or cemetery chapel, the Rector is of course happy to conduct a service there.
Burials no longer take place in the Churchyard, although cremated remains may be buried in a plot on the south side of the church. St. Albans Woodland Burial Trust is a new option to consider, providing woodland burial in consecrated beautiful countryside at Keysoe, Bedfordshire.
