                          Sunday Club

Sunday Club meets each week in the Church Rooms except the 1st Sunday of the month when we are all together in Church for the All Age Service.

Sunday Club is aimed at children aged 3-10 years who wish to spend time with or without their parent/s/guardian in a warm and child friendly environment during part of the service.

The children hear bible stories & take part in a range of activities connected with the readings for the week. The children return to Church after the intercessions and remain in Church until the end of the service. They usually sit in the front 2 pews on the lectern (big eagle) side of Church, or go to sit with their parents.

Families with children of all ages are very welcome to be in Church for the whole of the service if they wish. There is a quiet corner in the North Transept with toys & books, also the Tower Room at the back of the Church provides an enclosed room where children can play,  minded by their parents. The Sound System plays into the Tower Room so you can still follow the service.

Kids With Beatitude: is for young people 10+,  meets, often on the third Sunday in the month from 10 a.m. in the Rectory Rooms. Contact Deirdre Porter-Hanson for more details (07814313518).

All families with children are welcome to join us week by week & to make use of these groups.

We thank all those who give of their time and talents to organise, run and support these important aspects of our mission and outreach to children. Please keep both the adults and the children in your prayers.

And a prayer for us all:

Father God, you have entrusted to our care the children of our church, and have charged us to guide and lead them in the way of Christ. Help us to be faithful to our trust both in our teaching and our prayers, that these children may grow up in the knowledge of your love, to worship and serve you all their days as members of your family, to the honour and glory of your name.
Amen.
